Nyack Man Charged With Slashing Orangetown Man In Face
A 63-year-old Hudson Valley man has been charged with the alleged slashing of another man with a knife on St. Patrick's Day.
Rockland County resident Eddie Sanchez of Nyack was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon on Monday, March 29, for the Sunday, March 17 attack, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh II.
According to Walsh, Sanchez engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim, a 46-year-old resident of Orangetown, when he pulled a knife, hid it behind his back, and then slashed the victim across the face.

Body Of Missing Man With Pearl River Ties Found At Garden State Parkway Rest Stop: Sources
The body of a missing Rockland County native was found at a Garden State Parkway rest stop in Montvale, New Jersey, just south of the state border, on Tuesday, Nov. 29, responders said.
No foul play was suspected in the death of Brian Lenihan, they said.
Lenihan, age 43, who most recently lived in Wilmington, North Carolina, was reported last seen on Friday, Nov. 18 in New Jersey. He reportedly still had ties to the Pearl River/Orangetown area.
His body was found at the James Gandolfini Service Area in Montvale around noon Tuesday, sources told Daily Voice.
